Repetitive Strain

Repetitive Strain

Repetitive strain injuries are caused by overuse of a particular body part or action. Even though they are more often than not associated with sport, repetitive strain injuries can also be caused at work. The overuse of a postural position, the over use of a tool as in carpentry or building or even sitting down for too long a period can lead to a repetitive strain.
If you think that you have a repetitive strain injury give us a call. We can help resolve your injury and even offer advice on how to avoid repetitive strain injuries in the future.
